In this Store Manager position, we’re looking for a strong people leader who can step in, hit the ground running and bring the team on the journey. Someone who leads from the front, sets the pace, builds capability and creates an environment where people thrive and performance follows.

This role will primarily operate Monday to Friday, with only occasional Saturday work as required!
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading, coaching and developing a multi-skilled team to deliver consistent performance
* Creating a strong, accountable team culture with clear expectations and support
* Being present and visible on the floor - leading from the front
* Driving team engagement, capability and succession planning
* Setting clear goals and holding the team accountable to results
* Overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth execution
* Partnering with ownership to align team performance with business goals
* Building strong customer relationships through great leadership and service standards

Experience in hardware, trade or retail environments is beneficial - but what matters most is your ability to lead people, create momentum and deliver results through your team.
