The OpportunityThe Head of Brand Marketing is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive brand marketing strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and growth. This role leads the social media, graphic design, content, studio, events, partnerships, influencer & PR brand marketing teams to create a cohesive and compelling brand presence across all platforms and channels. Frequently visited by some of the world's best athletes, artists and tastemakers, Culture Kings is ahead of its game offering an elite perspective of the ever-changing global streetwear landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a robust brand marketing strategy that aligns with the company's vision, values, and business objectives.Lead, mentor, and develop the brand marketing teams to ensure high performance and innovation.Oversee content strategy, execution, and performance across all social media platforms to drive engagement and brand growth.Ensure brand consistency and visual identity across all marketing materials, campaigns, and digital content.Lead the ideation and execution of brand campaigns, collaborations, and activations that resonate with the target audience.Ensure all campaign marketing assets and collateral align with the brand's identity, messaging, and aesthetic to create a unified brand presence.Define and drive the brand voice across all areas, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging across marketing, social media, retail, e-commerce, and internal communications.Utilize analytics and insights to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing strategies.Work closely with New Customer Acquisition, Retention, CRO, & Retail teams to ensure a unified brand message and experience.Stay ahead of industry trends and the competitive landscape to keep the brand at the forefront of the market.Oversee brand marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize impact.Skills and Experience5+ years of experience developing and executing brand strategies that directly support company vision, commercial objectives, and long-term growth.Proven ability to lead and mentor multi-disciplinary brand and content teams, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and performance.Proficient in leveraging performance data and insights to optimize campaigns and inform strategic decisions.Experience leading end-to-end campaign development, including partnerships, activations, and cross-channel rollout.What Culture Kings offers youGenerous team discounts and employee recognition.Never-ending career growth opportunities.Exciting, fast-paced, and dynamic environment with a supportive team.Free onsite parking.No office politics, corporate protocol, or useless business jargon is needed.
