**About the facility**
Barwon Health is the major regional health provider for the Barwon South West region. It is one of Victoria's largest regional health services with one of the busiest hospitals in the state, University Hospital. We serve over 500,000 people through the efforts of over 8,500 staff and more than 1200 volunteers. We provide care at all stages or life and circumstance through a wide range of services from emergency and acute to mental health, primary care, community services, aged care, and subacute/rehabilitation. Care is provided to the community through over 28 key locations throughout the region.
**About the role**
The Psychology Team Leader provides professional leadership and clinical supervision of psychology staff across subacute programs and direct line management to psychologists in the Inpatient Rehabilitation Centre (IRC) and University Hospital Geelong. This senior clinical role is responsible for coordinating professional supervision, leading professional development for psychology disciplines, providing professional expertise and advice on key issues of a psychological nature (including service development), leading staff recruitment and performance development and for driving quality improvement projects (including research) within psychology ensuring that these align with service objectives and relevant business plans. You will be well supported by our Psychology leadership team with one on one and peer supervision as well as a broad array of professional development opportunities.

**Selection Criteria**
Essential: Can you please list Barwon Health's values?

Essential: Masters or Doctoral level qualification in Clinical Neuropsychology. 
Essential: Registered as a Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency with specialist endorsement as a Clinical Neuropsychologist. 
Essential: Registered as a supervisor with AHPRA. 
Essential: Current Victorian Driver's Licence. 
Essential: Well developed clinical skills with a minimum of 8 years experience working in the field of Clinical Neuropsychology 
Essential: Experience in providing clinical supervision to psychologists and psychology students 
Desirable: Experience working in subacute settings 
Desirable: Experience in a leadership role and/or senior clinical role
