Overview
Busy 35 Room motel in lovely Armidale is looking for a permanent management couple to commence as soon as possible. Some linen is outsourced and some is washed onsite. Reception Open 8am – 7pm daily. No pool. Gardens to maintain – no lawn, just hedges to trim. No food – breakfasts or dinners. Well-motel trained pets are considered. Guestpoint FOS. Accommodation included. Handover only training provided. Four week annual leave, remuneration: $118,000 including GST. Must have own ABN.
Responsibilities
* Assist with operation of a 35-room motel in Armidale as part of a management couple.
* Oversee housekeeping workflow: strip rooms, remove rubbish, and place clean linen ready for the housekeeping team (some linen outsourced, some washed onsite).
* Coordinate reception activities during reception hours (8:00am – 7:00pm daily).
* Maintain gardens (no lawn; hedges to trim).
* No food service duties (breakfasts or dinners not provided).
* Consider pets that are trained to be well-motel compliant.
* Work arrangements include accommodation and handover-only training.
* Compensation includes four weeks of annual leave and remuneration of $118,000 including GST.
* Must have own ABN.
