KEY BUSINESS RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Hyperfixation on guest experience, each and every guest interaction.
* Coordinate the F&B outlets, assign tasks, sections & set break times.
* Maintain effective & productive communication channels with both F&B, as well as other departments
* Lead by example, delivering training programs and upskilling your teams
* Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of teams, outlets and facilities, reporting any major cleaning or maintenance tasks to relevant leaders.
* Ensure all cashiering controls are followed to mitigate discrepancies and stock loss
* Participate in the planning and conducting of theoretical and on-the-job training.
* Comply with, and ensure adherence to all of the Hotel's policies & procedures.
* Ensure that all areas are stocked to appropriate par levels.
* Have a full knowledge of, and practice all of the established Hotel work health and safety guidelines (WH&S), reporting any hazards, risks or incidents via Done Safe.
* Maintain an effective reservations system for table bookings.
* Ensure the protection and maintenance of all operating equipment in conjunction with the maintenance manager.
* Give assistance to other departments or outlets when required.
* Attend all scheduled meetings and actively contribute.
* Ensure the security of the area, locking all doors & fridges, reporting any suspicious activity and keeping eyes on your venue.
* Audit of daily revenue charges and covers, as well as OC items, Voids & variances.
* Ensure accurate reporting of all issues.
* Weekly requisition of stock to maintain par levels and assist with monthly stock counting.
* Any other tasks as directed by SLT.
