Field & Game Australia is seeking a practical, self-motivated Media Coordinator who can independently deliver high-quality content across digital and print platforms.
This is a hands-on production role. You will be expected to create, design, publish and manage communications that support conservation programs, membership engagement and public messaging.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, capable, outcome-focused and genuinely passionate about conservation, hunting, shooting sports and the outdoors.

Field & Game Australia (FGA) is a national conservation and outdoor recreation organisation supporting ethical hunting, wetland conservation, shooting sports and community engagement.
Our work combines environmental outcomes, advocacy and strong member communication. We require media capability that is practical, responsive and results-driven.
About the Role
You will manage day-to-day media delivery for the organisation, producing content across:
* Social media platforms
* Website and email communications
* Print publications and promotional material
* Event and conservation communications
You must be able to work both independently and under direction, deliver on deadlines, and take ownership of outcomes. This role works closely with the CEO and operational team.
This is a delivery role — output matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce and publish content across digital and print platforms
* Design graphics and communications for social media, campaigns and publications
* Manage and schedule social media channels
* Maintain website and email communications
* Support marketing of conservation programs, events and membership initiatives
* Coordinate photography, video and content from field activities
* Monitor performance and improve engagement outcomes
* Assist with general communications and media tasks as required
Essential Requirements

* Website and email platform experience
* Basic photography or visual content production capability
Desirable
* Experience working in membership or community organisations
* Video editing capability
* Firearms licence or willingness to obtain one
