As a Technical Lead, you’ll shape our technical vision, champion engineering excellence, and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions. This role is key to driving innovation and aligning technology with our mission to simplify and automate business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define technical direction, architecture, and standards for projects.
* Collaborate with the Solution Architect to ensure architectural alignment.
* Maintain code quality through reviews and best practices.
* Mentor engineers and support their technical growth.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
* Partner with product and design teams to align solutions with business goals.
* Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Your Profile
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong grasp of software architecture, design patterns, and building scalable systems.
* Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
* Demonstrated ability to set technical direction and foster team collaboration.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for diagnosing complex issues.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable Technical Skills
* Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
* Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React and Next.js.
* Familiarity with testing and UI tools like Playwright, Vitest, and Storybook.
* Experience with CI-CD pipelines and containerization technologies e.g., Docker, Kubernetes.
