The Roles
* Permanent OT position – start ASAP
* Maternity Leave cover (Feb 2026 start) – Clinical Mentor role with opportunity to extend to permanent
Both roles are mobile community positions across the Hunter / Newcastle region, working with a diverse mix of clients under NDIS, Lifetime Care, and other funding schemes.
You'll join a multidisciplinary team that thrives on collaboration, humour, and heart. You're an experienced OT who's confident, capable, and curious.
Qualifications
* 5+ years' experience as an Occupational Therapist
* Skilled across community, complex disability, neuro, or physical rehab (bonus points for iCare, AT, or paediatrics)
* A natural mentor who enjoys sharing knowledge
* Values‐driven, client‐centred, and not afraid to think differently

* Long‐term staff can join an international volunteer stint fully funded by BBR
