Taking Inbound calls and emails from potential or current students around course information and helping them to enrol into courses using the complex enrolment system.
Responsibilities Include:
* Providing high level customer service via phone, live chat and face to face
* Handling complex customer enquiries and conflict resolution
* Assisting over a range communication channels - predominantly call centre but also email and web chat?
* Assist in processing enrolments
* Ad hoc administration duties
Requirements:
* Previous contact centre experience (min 12 months)
* Administration experience
* High Level communication skills
* Ability to navigate multiple systems
* Ability to learn large amounts of information quickly
* Access to own vehicle to travel between locations
