Are you a seasoned talent professional ready to make a strategic impact in a high-profile government agency? We're seeking a Senior Advisor (Talent Acquisition) to manage recruitment processes in partnership with a third-party agency, ensuring alignment with government policies and procedures. You'll play a key role in building strategic talent pipelines and supporting long-term workforce capability.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner Management : Oversee communications and contracts with external recruitment providers, ensuring performance and compliance.
* Stakeholder Support : Train and guide hiring managers on recruitment tools, processes, and best practices.
* Relationship Building : Develop strong working relationships with senior executives, hiring managers, and external partners.
* Reporting & Insights : Prepare dashboards and reports to monitor recruitment performance and inform decision-making.
* Project Coordination : Manage resources and timelines to meet recruitment and project goals.
* Onboarding : Ensure smooth onboarding through government HR systems, with a focus on candidate experience.
* Compliance : Maintain accurate records and ensure recruitment activities meet legislative and policy requirements.
About You
* Extensive recruitment experience (5+ years), ideally in executive-level hiring within government or similar environments.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and act as a trusted advisor.
* Exceptional attention to detail, with a track record of accurate documentation and reporting.
* Adaptability and problem-solving skills, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
* Public sector knowledge, including HR policies, procedures, and legislative frameworks.
