We're looking for a compassionate and committed Youth Support Worker to join our team in Biloela. In this role you'll work directly with young people to improve their safety, wellbeing and future opportunites. - Provide case management and individualised support to young people with complex needs - Facilitate access to secure housing, education, employment, and community engagement - Support cultural connection and reduce risk-taking behaviours - Collaborate with families, schools, and community services - Maintain high-quality records and contribute to program outcomes - Deliver early intervention strategies and therapeutic support Mandatory Requirements: - Certificate IV or higher in a discipline relating to the Behavioural Sciences or equivalent.
