The Role
This is your chance to deliver exceptional locksmithing services, ensuring every client feels secure and satisfied. While prior experience in automotive locksmithing is an advantage, it's not essential—comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate.

* Qualified locksmiths with solid hardware and lock knowledge are highly valued.
* Familiarity with door hardware and related products is a plus.
* Tech-savvy with strong computer skills and the ability to adapt to new software.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* A team player who can also work independently.
* Natural problem-solver with a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice on security solutions tailored to customer needs.
* Manage job bookings and scheduling using ServiceM8.
* Coordinate and place orders with a variety of suppliers.
* Conduct site assessments for residential and commercial projects as needed.
* Organise and prepare stock for mobile jobs.
* Perform tasks such as lockouts, rekeying, repairs, and new installations.
* Maintain high standards of client satisfaction throughout every interaction.
* Participate in a rotating after-hours roster (1 week per month), with opportunities for additional shifts.
