In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring safety compliance, optimising fleet-specific repairable inventory, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across Queensland operations Blackwater and Daunia mines.You will be responsible for managing component refurbishment decisions and frameworks, developing repair and warranty dashboards, performing vendor inspections, and overseeing warranty claims processing.Your expertise in equipment offsite refurbishments, asset management and reliability, maintenance operations, and the mining or resources sector will be key in driving continuous improvement and ensuring the efficient functioning of our fleet.In this role you will: * Ensure compliance with safety protocols and contribute to a strong safety culture* Coordinate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, asset management, reliability, engineering, and supply to optimise fleet specific repairable inventory across Qld operations* Own and develop decision framework for component refurbishment or replacements* Coordinate the development of repairable and warranty dashboard to enable decision frameworks * Manage the document storage for manufacturing data reports, inspection and test plans, and strip and assess reports* Perform vendor inspections and assess the scope of repair and quality for offsite refurbishments* Responsible for warranty master updates and processing of all proposed warranty claims initiated by maintenance operations or warranty master tracking Work alongside planners, reliability engineers, and supply chain stakeholders to optimise successful claim generation and resolution, minimising rejections, and dispute evidence collection justifications (ECJ)What You Bring: * Bachelor's degree in engineering, mining, or a related field or a suitable qualification in maintenance within a heavy industry.
* Experience in offsite refurbishment in asset management or operations within the mining or resources sector.* Good understanding or technical knowledge of Offsite Overhaul / Repairable process.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.* Desirable Knowledge of maintenance and supply Chain planning processes within S4 H but not essential.* Able to travel as required to vendor workshops and mine sites.
