Admin Officer Wanted – Fulltime
This is a challenging position which requires a commitment to achieving outstanding results and a high attention to detail. Duties may include, but will not be limited to:
* General reception and office duties
* Answering phones and directing calls as required
* Meeting and greeting clients
* Providing excellent customer service
* Management of incoming and outgoing emails
* Lead and Data entry (as required)
* Filing, Photocopying, Scanning
* Banking
* General housekeeping
* Co-ordination of jobs with Project Managers
* Contract drafting and warranty applications
* Other duties as required by the business
Qualifications

* Excellent attention to detail and dedication to produce a high standard of work
* Strong time management and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work well with others and take direction
* Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast paced environment
* Good computer literacy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook (Office 365)
* Excellent customer service skills
* Confident and friendly phone manner
* Punctuality and reliability
* Drivers License and own reliable transportation
* Available to work full time hours, 8am-4pm Monday to Friday
* Candidates with previous experience in the roofing or construction industry will be highly regarded
