About The Role
We're currently seeking a hands-on Leading Hand to join our small branch and hire yard in Kalgoorlie.
* Load and unload modular buildings and hire equipment.
* Clean, inspect, and prepare units for re-hire.
* Assist with deliveries and pickups.
* Maintain yard cleanliness and organisation.
* Perform basic servicing and repairs.
* Record inspections and maintenance.
* Support customers with equipment handovers and queries.
As a Leading Hand, You Will Also
* Lead and supervise yard staff in daily operations.
* Oversee the inspection, cleaning, and preparation of modular units and hire equipment.
* Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and fleet movements.
* Ensure compliance with safety procedures.
* Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and logistics.
About You
* Valid driver's licence (essential).
* Forklift licence (preferred).
* Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience.
* Physically fit and safety conscious.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative.
