We're now looking for a qualified Solar & Battery Electrician / Installer to join our Sydney-based team, with our NSW office located in Minchinbury.
About One Power
At One Power, we manage everything in house from sales through to install and after sales support. That means no messy handovers, no poor system designs (rare), and no last minute surprises on site.
The business is owned and run by licensed professionals who are hands on every day and understand what installers need to do their best work.
The Role
This role is heavily battery focused, with a mix of solar, hybrid, and battery only installs across the Sydney metro area.
Key responsibilities include:
* Solar and battery installations and commissioning
* AC and DC cabling, inverter and battery installs
* Site setup and safety compliance
* Job sign off and commissioning via mobile apps
* Customer walkthroughs and basic system education
What We're Looking For
* Qualified Electrician with solar experience
* Battery experience highly regarded (Powerwall, Sigenergy, Sungrow.)
* Pride in clean, compliant workmanship, no grubs, just well-presented and respectful tradesmen.
* Strong communication with customers and team
* Reliable, safety focused, and team oriented
SAA Solar & Battery Accreditation
* Preferred if already accredited
* If not, you must be willing to obtain it immediately
* Full support and cost coverage provided for the right candidate
Essential Requirements
* Electrical Trade Certificate
* Current Driver's Licence
* White Card
* Willingness to work on rooftops and outdoor sites
