Business Development Executive

Responsibilities include:
* Build long term relationships with existing and new customers, identifying opportunities for growth and maximising revenue streams.
* Develop key contacts and sponsors within businesses and externally, fostering collaboration and driving business forward.
* Plan, map and maintain relationships within all levels of the account, ensuring ongoing revenue and margins.
* Prepare service offer contract estimates, documents and proposals, leveraging internal expertise and external partnerships.
* Assist with after-market project estimates, proposals and tender responses; Prepare presentations to clients at executive management level, senior consultants and principal contractors.
* Leverage existing relationships, co-ordinating and maximising selling efficiencies by partnering with internal parties.
* Manage the sales process from end to end to ensure customer expectations and needs are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree or Equivalent, Certificate or Diploma in a related field such as business, marketing or communications.
* Previous experience in sales and account management, preferably in a similar industry sector.
* Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
* Ability to analyse data, identify trends and develop corrective actions to drive business forward.
* A good understanding of contracting and tendering procedures, including relevant statutory requirements and industry standards.
* Exceptional relationship and rapport building skills, with a strong network of professional contacts.
* High level technical capability and understanding, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
