Your new role As a Junior Test Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting testing activities across a major SAP SuccessFactors implementation. Working closely with the Test Lead and other stakeholders, you'll assist with manual test execution, defect logging, and documentation for functional and user acceptance testing.
Responsibilities
Creating and maintaining test cases and scripts.
Executing manual tests across modules like Employee Central, Payroll, Recruitment, and Onboarding.
Logging and retesting defects using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Supporting test data setup and environment maintenance.
Collaborating with developers, consultants, and business testers.
Attending daily stand-ups and contributing to test planning.
What you'll need to succeed
A basic understanding of software testing lifecycle and principles.
Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
Awareness of HR processes and SAP SuccessFactors modules.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Good communication and a willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively in a team and follow structured processes.
