Our Opportunity
Reporting to the Property Section Leader, the primary purpose of this role is to ensure the successful delivery of cadastral survey projects in line with the objectives of the Property Service Line.
The primary responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
Manage Cadastral projects to ensure that quality, schedule and budget requirements are met
Ensure agreed gross margin returns on projects
Plan, coordinate and supervised the delivery of Property survey projects
Become an integral part of company initiatives to grow Veris into the most recognisable brand in the Geospatial services industry in the region
Establish a culture of discipline, professionalism
Maintain an accurate and effective CRM system
Develop and manage a high performing, highly utilised professional services team
Develop market intelligence to ensure all relevant business development opportunities and client relationships are effectively managed with a personal focus on cadastral work, resulting into an increase of market share
Ensure productive relationships are forged with existing and new clients, in order to create opportunities that match the strategy of the Survey Service Line.
About You
Management experience within the property survey industry
Demonstrated success delivering large and medium survey projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to network, engage and influence at the highest levels
Strong commercial intelligence, exceptional analytical and organisational skills
A high level of integrity, empathy and a strong work ethic and sound commercial knowledge of contracts management
Highly developed relationship management skills resulting in ability to actively engage internal and external stakeholders.
