About the Opportunity
We're growing our Account Service team and we're deliberately keeping this open.
Firstly, we are looking for seasoned Account Directors. However, we would welcome meeting account service people of all levels as we grow. What matters most to us is finding the right people and shaping the role around them.
If you love being close to the work, close to the client, and right in the middle of the action, this might be for you.
What You'll Do
Depending on your experience, you might:
* Be a trusted, day‐to‐day point of contact for clients, building confidence and strong relationships
* Help bring structure, clarity and momentum to creative projects
* Translate briefs into clear, actionable direction for creative teams
* Manage timelines, scopes, budgets and approvals across multiple projects
* Support senior account leadership or, if you are senior, lead clients and accounts outright
* Help keep the work (and the people making it) protected, focused and moving
* Step into challenges as they arise, whatever shape they take
* At every level, this role sits at the intersection of people, process and creativity.
What We're Looking For
We're open on experience‐level, but firm on mindset.
* A Group Account Director or senior lead who still loves being close to the work
* An Account Director looking to deepen your client leadership and project ownership
* A Senior Account Manager ready to learn fast and get properly stuck in
