As a Case Worker with our Recovery Support Service, you will provide short-term, flexible, and trauma-informed case work to those affected. Your key responsibilities include managing a caseload of up to 20 clients, providing tiered support, and collaborating closely with local services and stakeholders.
We are seeking someone with a strong understanding of community services, child protection, and culturally responsive practice. You will be skilled in flexible outreach and short-term case coordination. A current NSW driver's licence and WWCC are also required.
Key Responsibilities:

* Provide tiered support, including triage, assessment, short-term case planning, referrals, and community connections
* Collaborate closely with local services and stakeholders to ensure people get the help they need
