Overview: A dynamic role is available for a Fruit and Vegetable Production Associate. This opportunity will be based in Lindenow, VIC, with flexible working hours.
We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team in a full-time capacity. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of occupational health and safety requirements and legislation.
The core responsibilities of this role include operating temperature-controlled facilities, inspecting produce, and operating machinery to prepare and pack fresh produce.
About You:
* A relevant AQF Cert I or equivalent qualification; OR compulsory secondary education (Year 10 minimum)
* Experience in a packing/fresh produce environment is essential
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and contribute as a valued member of the team
