Job Title: Nursing Director - Intermediate Care
This role is accountable for managing the provision of intermediate care services to patients. We are seeking a suitably qualified individual to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate intermediate care services across different patient cohorts.
* Develop and implement strategic policy direction based on high-level political, organizational, and social awareness.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
* Provide leadership and guidance to staff to promote a culture of excellence in healthcare delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess:
* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic policy direction based on high-level political, organizational, and social awareness.
* High-level communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
* Proven leadership qualities, including adaptability and flexibility.
* Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
