Job Description
The role of a Digital Analyst is to identify, understand, lead, create, nurture and report on changes that improve Beyond Bank's digital customer experience for customers and the business. A digital specialist combines knowledge of customer behaviour, banking systems and the digital ecosystem to analyse, manage and improve Beyond Bank's digital platforms. Primarily this will be through implementing initiatives from the department's digital strategy, which also includes:
* Data‐driven reporting
* Business process mapping and reengineering
* Improving the bank's customer experience (often in conjunction with other teams)
* Coordinating and guiding third‐party stakeholders
* Facilitating workshops to clarify issues, requirements and business changes
* Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage projects and initiatives, and gather digital insights from additional points of view
* Providing innovative and creative input to the department's plans and strategy
Qualifications
* You are passionate about digital and finding ways to improve user experience.
* Familiar with UX principles, conversion optimisation tactics, user journeys and user research.
* Enjoy working with multiple stakeholders; curiosity leads you to identify the root cause of customer pain points.
* Structured and able to organise disparate and ambiguous information into summaries and action points.
* 5 years of experience as a Digital Analyst, UX Analyst or UX designer.
* Experience in the banking or finance industry; exposure to banking operations processes and financial products.
* Experience using tools such as Figma, Miro, Adobe XD, HotJar, Optimizely or similar.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications desirable.
