Administration & Customer Service Officer

A highly regarded manufacturer, distributor and supplier of commercial cleaning chemicals, washroom & tabletop paper products and cleaning accessories is offering an opportunity for an experienced self-motivated person to fill a full-time administration and customer service position in our Albury Branch. You will be required to offer customers a warm and friendly service whilst being personable and presentable.
Computer skills:
Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word & Outlook.
Key Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
Answer incoming calls.
Receiving sales orders from customers via phone and email.
Data entry of customer orders.
Customer Service in on-site retail shop.
Merchandising and stocking of shop.
Stocktaking.
Communication with customers regarding queries and all issues with their orders and accounts, ensuring that prompt responses are given, and all issues are dealt with quickly and effectively.
To be considered for this role you are required to have a demonstrated ability in the following skills and attributes:
Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
Experience delivering quality customer service, responding promptly to customer and management needs in a professional and timely manner.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work within deadlines and effectively manage priorities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, confidently working as part of a team and communicating with a variety of customers.
