What You'll Do
Partner with senior leaders to drive strategic people initiatives.
Deliver tailored HR solutions aligned to business objectives.
Lead and support change management, organizational design, and workforce planning.
Coach and support leaders on performance, engagement, and development.
Collaborate with specialists in People & Culture, Finance, Communications, and IT to deliver end-to-end HR initiatives.
Ensure compliance with legislation and industrial relations frameworks.
Contribute to national and global People & Culture programs and projects.
Provide advice on complex employee relations matters.

What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a senior HR Advisor or People & Culture Business Partner.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in fast-paced, complex environments (defence or similar ideal).
Sound knowledge of employment law and industrial relations.
Ability to balance strategy with day-to-day delivery.
Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday (desirable).
You'll Bring
Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field, or demonstrated experience in a similar role.
Australian citizenship.
