Front Office Supervisor Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences throughout their stay.
Your primary focus will be on leading the Front Office Team, ensuring seamless hotel operations, and providing unparalleled service to our guests.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Guide the front office's day-to-day operations with expertise
* Lead the Front Office Team like a mentor, nurturing growth and skill-building in a supportive atmosphere
* Collaborate with guests, extending a helping hand to find solutions for any challenges that may arise
* Contribute to roster planning and preparation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A background in Hotel Operations, ideal for someone eager to take the next stride towards a leadership position
* Proficiency in using reservation and property management systems
* Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure, fuelled by epic organisational and time management skills
* Masterful in the art of communication, both written and spoken
