The opportunity
Join VCGS's Customer Care Group and play a vital role in supporting life-changing genetic testing services. In this dynamic and people-focused role, you'll be at the centre of daily operations — supporting health professionals, clinics and patients through high-quality customer service, accurate data entry and efficient administrative support. No two days will be the same, with responsibilities spanning call centre support, laboratory data processing and a variety of operational tasks.
About your new team
The Customer Care Group sits within the Laboratory Services Unit and provides essential pre- and post-analytical support services to VCGS. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team that values accuracy, professionalism and continuous learning, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a meaningful contribution to healthcare.

* Self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise workload and consistently meet KPIs
* Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
