We’re seeking an experienced and visionary leader to step into the role of General Manager – Customer Experience on a 10-month maternity leave contract. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity with responsibility for a diverse and high-impact portfolio, including Tastelife, Community Experience (GUESST), Customer Experience (Voice of Customer), and Facility Design (Wellness by Design). The Role Lead customer-facing innovation and implementation across the business. Translate customer insights into impactful wellbeing and experience solutions. Develop and implement cost models that deliver clear value. Oversee design output for Wellness by Design and commercialise offerings. Provide internal and external consulting where required. Support strategic planning and sustainable growth across sectors. Inspire and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional outcomes. Shape and share future-focused insights and industry trends.
