Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a strong understanding of traditional pastry making techniques. They will be responsible for assisting in the daily production of croissants, as well as decorating pastries, cakes, and other products ready for retail sales.
The range of products includes cakes, muffins, brownies, scones, desserts, sausage rolls, pies, tarts, and donuts.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the daily production of croissants, including laminating dough and baking.
* Decorate pastries, cakes, and other products with precision and attention to detail.
* Develop and maintain knowledge of new recipes and presentation styles.
Requirements
* Relevant qualification in patisserie or baking required.
* Experience in laminating croissants and puff pastry required.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
