Key Responsibilities
* A certification in Project Management or equivalent is mandatory.
* Minimum 5 years of experience leading complex programs and projects in medium to large organizations, with procurement expertise.
* Strong communication skills with executive-level presentation abilities.
* Robust business acumen with problem-solving and strategic outcome delivery.
* Proficiency in ITIL Change and Organizational Change Management principles and practices.
* Working knowledge of project management software.
* Staff and vendor performance evaluation, leadership, and organizational skills.
* Training and mentoring existing staff in project management best practices.
* Application of Managing Successful Programs (MSP) methodology.
Develop and implement project management frameworks, templates, processes, and governance for accurate project information and effective collaboration.
