Your Key Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for customers lodging home insurance claims. Provide empathetic and professional support throughout the claims journey. Process claims efficiently, following structured procedures and guidelines. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve claims promptly. Handle each claim with care, professionalism and attention to detail. We are looking for someone with: Previous experience in claims management or a customer service role. Strong phone manner and excellent interpersonal communication skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing priorities.
