* Key Responsibilities:
* Recruitment and onboarding processes for employees
* Employee relations and engagement initiatives
* Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
* Workplace health and safety management
* Administrative support and reporting
* Leadership of the finance team, including payroll, treasury, accounts payable/receivable, and inventory control
* Maintenance and security of company facilities
* Coordination of executive leadership and company events
