Responsibilities
• Preparation of monthly management accounts, reconciliations and variance analysis
• Develop and maintain cash flow forecasting models
• Support budgeting, forecasting and annual planning cycles
• Provide profitability and cost analysis to guide operational decision-making
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
• Participate in month-end and year-end close processes
• Partner with business leaders to provide insight on key drivers of performance
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes Candidate Profile You will be CPA/CA qualified (or working towards) with at least 3–5 years' experience in management accounting or a similar role.
You bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret financial results into practical business advice.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel capability is expected, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with non-finance stakeholders.
