Electrical Supervisor Role
This is a high-level supervisory position that oversees the electrical work of construction craft personnel. As an Electrician, Supervisor, you will ensure the effective execution of tasks and coordinate with other crafts to achieve project objectives.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide direction and supervision to construction craft personnel in the electrical discipline.
* Coordinate activities with other crafts to ensure proper integration and completion of projects.
* Maintain safety, productivity, quality, and cost standards in accordance with project specifications and objectives.
* Plan and coordinate labor requirements, scheduling, and assigning tasks to meet project timelines and objectives.
* Forecast and plan resources needed for electrical tasks and projects.
* Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct regular safety briefings and inspections.
* Oversee the quality of electrical work to ensure it meets or exceeds project standards and compliance with regulations.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical and logistical problems encountered by the electrical team.
Requirements
* A US or Australian citizen.
* A US TS/SCI Clearance w/ Poly, or an Australian PV clearance.
* A Journeyman or Master Electrical License (or AUS Equivalent).
* A minimum of seven years of electrical engineering experience.
* A minimum of three years of supervisory experience.
* Safety Certification: Training and certification in electrical safety, OSHA standards, and other relevant safety protocols.

Desired Skills
* Thermographer qualification is highly desirable.
This is a contingent position based upon contract award. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent oral and written communication skills. You will be located in Alice Springs, at a 4,400-acre facility with approximately 687,000 square feet of mission and support space.
