The position is responsible for negotiating and executing Branchless Banking Agreements, as well as integration of new products through consultation with internal and external stakeholders, along with preparation of proposals for Public and Private Organization RFPs/Tenders within the scope of Branchless Banking Services.What Manager Corporate Partnership, Sustainability & Assurance - MMBL does?
• Absolute Management of Initiating, negotiating and executing corporate agreements to onboard corporate clientele (Public Listed Companies, Private Limited Companies, Government Entities, INGOs etc.), under various solutions including (but not restricted to) JazzCash QR Payment Collection Services, Disbursement Services, JazzCash In-App Integration and Payment Gateway.
• Preparation of Bid Documents/Tenders for Government Requests for Proposals (RFPs) relevant to the scope of business of the Branchless Banking/DFS Department.
• Supervision of Drafting of formal documentation/letters on behalf of Middle and Higher Management, to be sent to Corporate Clients/State Bank etc.
• Alignment of processes for newly integrated or launched products/services
• Attending and representing Bank's team in official meetings to deliberate processes and procedures.
• Aligning internal stakeholders in accordance with Bank's responsibilities in line with terms and conditions of agreementsWhat are we looking for and what does it require to be Manager Corporate Partnership, Sustainability & Assurance - MMBL?
• Ensuring Compliance with Bank's policies and procedures as well as SBP/Prudential Regulations for efficient conduction of Branchless Banking Operations
• Coordinating with the Reconciliation Desk to determine accuracy of invoices with respect to Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Clearance of invoices (Accounts Payable and Receivable) within stipulated timelines
