Customer Service Coordinator - $70,000 - $80,000 + Superannuation
The Company
Our client is a prominent Australian provider specialising in sustainable energy solutions. With a legacy dating back to the 1930s, it has established itself as a market leader in waste management, and energy solutions. The company manufactures, delivers, and installs a range of innovative products tailored for residential, commercial, and rural clients across Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
Working as part of a small team and reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your key responsibilities will include but not limited to;
* Respond to inbound calls and inquiries
* Effectively schedule and prioritise tasks for key stakeholders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
* Deliver comprehensive product details and accurate quotations to both prospective and current clients.
* Assist both new and returning customers by providing thorough product information and tailored quotes
* Handle customer job requests, sales orders, and quotes, ensuring precise and efficient data entry.
* Develop meaningful business relationships with customers by being attentive, supportive, and personable.
The Candidate:
The successful applicant will have customer service experience, and display the following attributes:
* Proven experience in Customer Service or a similar role.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience with SAP or Oracle will be a distinct advantage.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
