About the Role
This role involves providing day-to-day maintenance of school facilities, focusing on delivering services and completing assigned tasks to meet contractual obligations related to safety, performance, quality, communication, and special projects.
Salary
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary package, including Above Award rate and car allowance.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering handyman repairs, trades assistance, carpentry, or similar trades
* Supervising project work or related disciplines
* Coordinating FM services, especially where subcontractors are used for reactive and planned maintenance
Requirements
* Experience in handyman repairs, trades assistance, carpentry, or similar trades preferred
* Ability to supervise project work or related disciplines
* Knowledge of domestic building statutory obligations, codes of practice, and the Building Code of Australia
