About The Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a start up environment backed by a global brand, where you'll play a key role in shaping operations from the ground up.

As the Contract Settlements Lead, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end settlement and activation of finance contracts and vehicle assets.

You'll ensure all contracts, documentation, and payments are processed accurately, on time and compliant, supporting a seamless experience for dealers and customers.

This is a hands on leadership role working closely with dealers, customers, and internal teams to deliver vehicles and activate finance contracts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the end-to-end contract settlement process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
* Validate orders, credit approvals, and commercial terms prior to settlement
* Manage purchase orders and dealer coordination for vehicle supply and delivery
* Ensure all contract documentation is complete, compliant, and aligned with policy
* Process settlements and funding within agreed service levels
* Coordinate vehicle delivery, registration, and customer handover
* Oversee contract activation and system accuracy post-settlement
* Register security interests (PPSR) and ensure data integrity across systems
* Act as a key liaison between dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders
* Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience
About You

You are detail-oriented, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced operational environment. You bring strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer outcomes.

To be successful, ideally you will have:

* Experience in asset finance, leasing, or contract settlements
* Strong understanding of documentation, compliance, and settlement processes
* Experience coordinating with dealers, suppliers, or third parties
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows
* Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capability
Highly regarded
* Experience in automotive or commercial vehicle industries
* Knowledge of Personal Property Securities Register and finance contract processing
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance or similar
