Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: This role is for individuals who have the primary responsibility of engaging the customer, maintaining daily store operations, and delivering on organisational expectations. This includes:
Sound knowledge of product and service offerings. Possess a range of well-developed skills where discretion and judgement are required. Work with some independence under limited supervision.
Monitoring day-to-day workplace operations. Coordinate and carry out daily operations of the retail store.
Making sandwiches.
Restocking and basic bakery and pastry manufacturing.
Cleanliness of all areas of the store (sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning glass cabinets, washing dishes and other duties as required).
Making coffees using commercial coffee machine.
Processing cash and EFTPOS payments using POS system.
Taking and advising customers' orders, recording telephone, web and in person orders.
Co-ordinating with kitchen staff for restock of items.
Assisting where required and requested.
Maintain a clean and safe workplace and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
Skills & Experience
Training will be provided. Previous customer service skills desirable but not essential.

Complete administration tasks on time.
Deal with clients, suppliers, and other employees professionally always.
Ensure the store is always clean and presentable.
