This role involves supporting individuals with disabilities to live more independently and participate in their communities. You’ll work closely with clients to provide personal care, support daily living activities, and help them achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities Provide personal care and domestic support. Support clients in community participation and activities. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with coordinators and families. Uphold client dignity, safety, and respect at all times
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in disability or community support (preferred) (certificate 1V and/or Enrolled Nurse) Experience working with children. A genuine passion for helping others. Reliable, flexible, and proactive. Excellent communication skills. Valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle. Current First Aid & CPR Certification NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) Working with Children Check (Blue Card) Why Join Us?
