THE ROLE
The Registered Nurse is a contemporary clinician with a passion for providing excellent care for our elderly residents. You will be responsible for providing high quality person-centred clinical care to our valued residents, including clinical assessments and specialised nursing care. You will also provide leadership and guidance to the care and wellbeing teams and will have in-charge responsibilities.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
The following criteria would certainly be looked upon favourably:
* Registered Nurse Div 1 (registered with AHPRA) with a current practice certificate.
* Experience working at aged care facility.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Demonstrated skills in documentation, care planning and assessment.
* Experience in leading people or supporting care teams.
* Well-developed communication skills.
* Intermediate computer literacy.
The successful applicant will need to meet the requirements of a Criminal History Check as per the Aged Care Act 1997.
