Key Responsibilities:

* Providing timely, high-quality advice, support, and training on human resources, establishment asset management, financial, and business systems

* Supporting the management of human, physical, and financial resources, including HR reporting, budget forecasts, expenditure reconciliations, procurement processes, and accommodation and assets management

* Developing and implementing effective administrative systems, including records management systems

* Providing advice to staff on administrative and operational issues, as well as confidential briefs, memos, submissions, and correspondence

* Analyzing and preparing reports, general correspondence, briefing notes, memorandum for approvals, and human resource papers on diverse issues
">
* Assisting in delivering and coordinating other business management functions and projects

* Developing and maintaining networks with other areas of the organization for effective integration, coordination, and liaison
