Role DescriptionPGC Training is seeking applications from enthusiastic, motivated individuals with a great work attitude, to join us as a Field Officer. This is primarily a Perth (Henderson) based role with intrastate travel to undertake site visits to apprentice/trainees and host employers as required. Reporting to the GTO Manager, this role provides end-to-end support to apprentices/trainees and host employers to achieve positive outcomes.
About You2 years’ experience working in a Group Graining Organisation as a Field OfficerStrong understanding of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) Sector/apprenticeship and traineeship systemAbility to build quality relationships with apprentices, RTO’s and Host EmployersDemonstrated business developmentSelf-motivated and proactiveStrong commitment to safe work practices, policies, and proceduresHold a valid ‘C’ Class Drivers Licence
