The role
As a Recruitment Consultant in our Wayville Industrial team, you will take ownership of a highly stable and profitable 360‐degree desk. This is a fast‐paced role dedicated to placing key technical talent—such as Forklift Drivers, Machine Operators, and Assembly Workers—across Adelaide's busy manufacturing and distribution hubs. You'll be stepping into a well‐maintained, warm portfolio, predominantly focused on temporary recruitment with consistent permanent opportunities. This role is perfect for a resilient professional who thrives on the sales side of the business. Whether you have 1‐2 years of recruitment experience or a strong background in high‐volume sales environments like Real Estate, Travel, or Retail, we value your ability to manage your time and drive new business. You'll join a supportive, high‐tenured team of specialists in our modern city‐fringe office. Responsibilities
* Nurture and strengthen client relationships to understand and fulfill their recruitment requirements effectively.
* Proactively identify and acquire new clients through strategic business development initiatives.
* Source, assess, and place exceptional candidates in roles that align with their skills and aspirations.
* Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high‐quality candidates.
* Facilitate seamless interview and placement processes between candidates and employers, ensuring successful matches.
About you
* A minimum of 1‐2 years of recruitment agency experience / sales experience.
* You should be driven by a passion for delivering tailored recruitment solutions that meet clients' needs.
* A strong enthusiasm for business development is crucial.
* As a positive and team‐oriented individual, you will possess exceptional interpersonal skills that foster strong relationships.
