Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management: Administer and maintain our Windows Server and Linux environments. Manage containerized applications and services using Docker.
- Cloud Operations & Automation: Manage and provision resources with AWS, implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, and develop/maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure systems comply with standards such as ISO 27001 and PCI DSS, participate in security operations and incident response.
- Incident Management: Participate in the incident lifecycle to restore normal service operations quickly.
- Monitoring & Performance: Monitor .NET Core applications and SQL Server databases with APM tools like New Relic, Datadog, and SQL Monitor, and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Scripting: Write automation scripts using PowerShell or Python to streamline tasks.
- Domain & Email Administration: Manage domain settings, DNS records, and email security/relay systems to protect against threats.
- Other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Key Requirements
- Proven, hands-on experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux administration.
- Experience with Docker and container management.
- 3+ years of AWS cloud experience.
- Proficiency with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins.
- Familiarity with standards like ISO 27001 and PCI DSS.
- Hands-on experience with ticket management tools and incident response protocols.
- Experience with APM tools (New Relic, Datadog, SQL Monitor ).
- Skilled in scripting with PowerShell or Python.
- Experience with domain configuration and email security management.
- ITIL certification is preferred.
