Due to our continued growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified surveyor to join our team.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for you to further your career and will ideally suit a mid-level survey technician with at least 2-5 years of Cadastral surveying experience.
Responsibilities will include:
* Contour and detail/topographic surveying;
* Cadastral surveying in a variety of greenfield, urban and rural areas;
* Survey set outs for residential construction;
* Establishing GPS networks;
* Data reduction and drafting using Trimble Business Centre and AutoCAD;
* Learning and utilizing new concepts for career development purposes;
* Liaising with clients in respect of their needs by phone, email, or face to face;
Who are we looking for?
* University degree or diploma qualification
* Previous experience in re-establishment, set out and feature surveys
* Intermediate to advanced knowledge in the use of Trimble GPS and Total stations
* Software skills including Trimble Business Centre and AutoCAD
* An understanding of architectural drawings and the construction process;
* A strong attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A good level of self organizational skills
* Current VIC driver's licence
* Valid white card
