About You
* Transport to and from Red Hill and live within the Mornington Peninsula Shire.
* Certificate III in Commercial cookery/Patisserie or completing your 2nd or 3rd apprenticeship towards
* Experience in a similar role in an a la carte hotel restaurant or functions kitchen will be highly regarded
* Enthusiasm and creative approach to providing high quality food
* An understanding of food safety and HACCP principle
* A desire to learn and be part of an exceptional food service product
* Ability to work well with others and a desire to learn
