* Manage a fee base of circa $1.5m
* Manage a team of motivated accountants
* Providing high level advisory and tax compliance services
Qualifications
* CA/CPA Qualifications
* 8-10+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
* Ability to manage $1.5m in fees
* Exceptional client relationship management experience
* Exceptional technical tax ability
* Exceptional communication and presentation
