Overview
Mid-weight Graphic Designer - Creative Campaigns Seven West Media (SWM) is seeking a talented Mid-weight Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and Customer team and help bring ideas to life through compelling concepts and high-quality execution across Australia's most recognised events and campaigns.
This is a dynamic role supporting the Design Lead and wider creative team to deliver high impact work across print, digital, broadcast and event channels. You will collaborate closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to develop creative that connects with audiences and elevates our brands.
You will have the opportunity to work across some of Australia's most iconic events and campaigns including Leadership Matters, Telethon, and the Channel 7 Christmas Pageant creating high‐impact work across print, digital, broadcast, and event channels.
We are looking for a designer with strong conceptual thinking, excellent attention to detail and the ability to take ideas from concept through to polished execution. About the role
* Designing creative assets across print, digital, social, and event channels.
* Supporting campaign rollouts from concept through to delivery.
* Working across multiple projects while managing your own time and priorities.
* Collaborating with senior designers, marketing managers, and stakeholders.
* Producing high-quality collateral including event branding, signage, merchandise, and digital assets.
* Assisting with photoshoots, image selection, and basic retouching where required.
* Ensuring brand consistency and attention to detail across all deliverables.
About you
* A qualification in Graphic Design or Visual Communication.
* Around 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally within a fast-paced in-house team.
* Strong skills across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
* Solid understanding of print and digital production.
* The ability to manage deadlines and juggle multiple projects.
* Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
* A portfolio demonstrating strong execution across a range of mediums.
* Experience with motion design (Premiere Pro or After Effects).
* Knowledge of HTML5 ad creation.
